With a background rich in creativity and diversity, Deborah provides a safe and supportive environment to help clients find balance, peace and empowerment. She has had an array of rewarding experiences, from working with the Senior and HIV+/AIDS populations in New York and New Jersey to establishing Theatre Development Fund’s acclaimed Autism Theatre Initiative, which has contributed to her ability to have compassion and understanding for her clients and their everyday struggles.

Deborah is passionate about helping people find their voice and realize their full potential. She uses a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Humanistic, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution Focused interventions, to form meaningful, trusting relationships with her clients. She is a licensed Social Worker in New Jersey (LSW), having received her Master’s in Social Work from Rutgers University, and is pursuing clinical licensure. Deborah is currently providing psychotherapy for adolescents, adults, seniors, couples and families at A Therapy Life Center.

It is our personal belief that therapy works best when a trusting relationship is established between the client and therapist. A Therapy Life Center, LLC was established to help heal others and to create a place within the community that can inspire positive change. As licensed clinical social workers and mental health therapists, our goal is to create a safe, nurturing and confidential environment where clients feel understood and have the opportunity to gain the self-awareness needed to make the positive changes in their lives.
